Frozen shoulder:
when you feel your shoulder is painful and because of inflammation your shoulder motion is painful.
There are ligaments in our shoulder joints. That keeps our shoulder bones with each other and keeps perfect movements of our hands.when it is inflamed, at that time our hands are not freely move from joints. It is painful.It starts with pain.
Risk factors are as under.
Shoulder injury,
Disease of neck,
Diabetes,
Shoulder surgery.
There are three symptoms are as under:
1. Pain and Stiffness.
2. Shoulder's motion is slowly decreased.
3. Lack of movement of shoulder.
It's treatments is
physical therapy or exercise :physical therapy or exercise will relief your pain from shoulder.Muscle strength of shoulder is increased.
Heat application : Heat helps to give strength muscles of your shoulder. This heal application use anytime at your convinient time.
use it three times a day or two time a day.Morning and before going to sleep at night.
Don't use heating pad in the bed. chances of accidental injuries.
Massage :
Gently massage to your frozen shoulder, reduce your shoulder pain.
Ask your doctor as early as possible.
If nonsurgical treatment is not effective, then Surgery is needed.
Take early treatment to avoid stiffness and pain.
